It's been so long since you've seen her. Despite a few warts popping up on her face, she looks well, though you do worry that she looks a bit grey. She's reading a book and scribbling down some notes while her black cat, Fritz, rubs against your legs. A storm is brewing outside, but it looks like Bertha has gotten out a huge pot for soup. But that's funny, since you didn't see any meat in her icebox... (creepy mood)
